At least 50% (100% in case of booths not larger than 18 m2 ) of the total booth fee as deposit shall be due after booth location is confirmed. Booth reservation will not be effective unless the deposit is paid. The balance shall be paid at latest 30 days before the Show opens. Upon cancellation of reservation later than30 days before the show opening, 20% of the total booth fee will be non-refundable.
