This equipment consists of power source 600PC,special welding head, cross operating mechanism and positioner or special mechanism or POLYCAR MP welding track and electrical control system. Applying hot wire TIG process, It is used for buttering,cladding and joining of thick tubes in nuclear,offshore ＆ oil industries.

This equipment consists of power source 600PC, narrow gap welding head, workpiece driven system(clamping chuck or roller), manipulator mechanism and electrical control system. Applying TIG hot wire process,It is applied to narrow gap welding of the circumferential welds of thick tubes in boiler industry.
